The short answer is that in Florida, abortion is generally legal up to six weeks of pregnancy, with limited exceptions.
Six weeks is early. Many women do not even know they are pregnant yet at six weeks, which means the question you are really asking is probably not about the law. It is about how much time you have.
Here is what almost nobody tells you. A home test cannot tell you how far along you are, and a calendar is not reliable either. The only way to know where you actually stand is an ultrasound that measures gestational age.
That matters no matter which direction you are leaning.
What the law says
Florida generally limits abortion to six weeks, with certain exceptions. There are two main types of abortion. Medication abortion, often called the abortion pill, and procedural abortion, such as a suction abortion. In Florida the abortion pill must be provided in person by a qualified provider. It cannot be prescribed over telehealth and mailed to you.

You are allowed to find out what is actually available to you before you decide anything.
